Name: Abigail Whistler Canon: Blade Trinity Abigail Whistler is the daughter of Abraham Whistler, a child born long after he lost his first family to a bunch of vampires. When she was old enough, she went to her father and told him that she wanted to become a vampire hunter as well. Somewhere along the way, she found Hannibal King and helped to save him so he could be a human again. When Abraham sacrifices himself to try to save Blade who is captured by Danica Talos and her people, the Nightstalkers finally revealed themselves. A group of human vampire hunters ran by Abigail and Hannibal. They busted Blade out of the building he was held in, took him back to their place and revealed that Danica Talos and her team had found the first vampire Dracula or Drake as he is called in modern times. While Blade and Abigail were out hunting, Drake found their base of operations, killed the entire staff, and captured Hannibal, who was injured in their last encounter. In a desperate attempt to rescue the soon to be re-vamped Hannibal, Blade and Abigail stormed Drake's skyscraper fortress, and confronted him. After a prolonged battle, Blade drew Drake's blood and released Daystar, wiping out all nearby vampire life. Drake then dies from the Daystar virus soon after it is released and Blade seemingly died as well though it didn't seem to stick. Abigail is still dedicated to fighting vampires and other supernatural threats while trying to rebuild her team that had been lost.
